WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:
- We will be available by 8:00 a.m. to assist you with finding the right spot.
- We have a restroom inside the store that you may use.
- We do sell waters, juice boxes, and snacks in the store.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP:
- We ask that vendors arrive as early as necessary, and at least by 8:40 a.m., to be set up and ready for our customers by 9:00 am. If you have not shown up, and have not called to let us know that you are on your way, at 8:45 a.m., your spot may be given to someone else.
- Be sure to tell your friends and family about the sale. This will help increase customer flow and will help us all to be more successful. (See the Advertising and Promotions Information page for more details on how to do this.)
COMMITMENT:
- Though you are paying a fee to sell, we still ask that you make an honest commitment to show up on the day of the event. Once you register, we will save a spot for you that could otherwise have been given to someone else.
- Also, we will advertise based on your agreement to serve as one of our vendors and the items you’ve agreed to sell. We ask that you extend to us, the other vendors, and our customers the courtesy of following through on your commitment.
- We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control. If at any time, you realize that you cannot make it, even if it is the morning of the event, please contact us immediately so that we may offer your spot to someone else. We will keep in mind your efforts to communicate with us when accepting vendors for future events.
